Sorry for the late reply.
Turns out this was a bug after all and just not a mismatch of builds. A hotfix was deployed yesterday and that should fix the issues.

Currently Koth is not being worked but Wasteland is Priority. Will revisit all open Koth Task once the new framework is done. Alot of that stuff will be used for Koth. Will talk to Sa-matra about this, maybe work in into the new framework because much of that is later going to be used for KoTH anyway.

Moving and Assigning to New Wasteland Project
Though Im sure this can be done im not so sure if we wanna do this. Radars are meant to be destoryed by the enemy to stop respawning. If you make them to hide to find it gives one side a unfair advantage. The sound is already disabled. I dont see any reason why you should have a option to disable light.
As this is be design Im closing down this task.
Alot of the issues that came with 1.58 are fixed by this point and having 80 People on Wasteland is no strain on Server performance. This is backed up by Server performance files.
However if you still want low pop servers or low player count servers. I suggest talking to Server Owners. This isnt really a mission bug or dev bug on our side.
Giving low priority.
Seems to have been forgotton. Will put on to do list with low priority. Currently boats with thermals is not that big of a issue because of the Waves anyway.
Moving to New Wasteland Project.
Basebuilding is a huge part of the new framework. So all of this will be useful.
Even if you are destorying empty assets you are still destorying assets that cant be used at a later point. Say Hunters, Striders, Ifrits. That kind of stuff that people have jumped out.
Also people are jumping and abandoning vehicles, helicopters when they know they are done will result in no reward.
Engine Error / Bug. This occurs when the player are bugged. If you are the same team you can see them as "Error: No Entity" or something like that when they enter vehicles. Happens in all game modes.

Low priority assigned.
Requested by many others in the community. Moving to medium priority.
Server admins now have proper teamkill logs. For now if people are getting teamkilled it can be reported to servers admins and bans can be manually implemented. However due to vehicle deaths we can not implement a auto ban feature as of yet. Maybe in the future.
This is a issue on all map.
This is all being resolved with Dyanmic boat spawns which is almost complete

Just checked and the AKM does not require a the Marksmen perk. All those guns can be purchased without any sort of perk.
He makes a fair Point. What do you think?

I very much agree with alot of rektor is saying. Lack of cooperation is usually usually what makes the team sucks, that is if you have balanced team which now days works pretty well. Even my own squad of Veteran Arma Players including me sometimes does the same thing. Repetitive action expecting a different outcome. Instead of running a long flank people will insist on taking the fastest and easiest route to the AO. They will do this repetitively and then rage because they can't make it into the AO. Eventually quitting the game after a few deaths. However their is a problem where are you encounter a large squad all of them with AA launcher with a 3K view distance shooting down every helicopter bringing reinforcements to the Zone. But then again people don't change tactic. They will keep taking those helos instead of taking a strider and running a long flank expecting that someone else will take care of the problem.

Update: Forgot to add. Next update will confirmed include dynamic boat spawns (Close to being finished) and seperate time multipliers for day and night. This combind with no small island spawn should adress alot of the current issues with Tanoa.

I had Sa-matra take a Look at all this. He wants to finish Dynamic Boat Spawns First and then change up the game play logistics for Wasteland. Currently he is finishing KOTH Tanoa (1-2 days more Work) and will return to Wasteland after that.
I wonder if geo caches that get airdropped will get stuck in the Tanoa Jungle. I will test it later on along with some other stuff that.

As inch Said In progress. Day And night will have seperate time multipliers. This way server owners can adjust the day and night cycle as they like / How the community wishes it to be.

Hey. This is completely Arma related and nothing to do with KOTH. I would say post this bug to the Arma 3 bug tracker but its pointless. They have known about it for a long long time.
