Basically, a lot of pilots try to go for landings, which in itself isn't a problem. The issue is that they completely disregard the safety of their passengers.
Landing in an open field, barely touching down, kicking everyone out and then watch them all die in a bullet hell with no cover seems to be common practise. and really effective considering you can just pick up the poor souls you just sent to die again.
I propose that the tactical insertion reward should be given out only if the passengers survive for longer than 30 seconds; a time frame small enough so that you get the reward even if the passenger dies to the first enemy he comes across, yet big enough so that you actually have to put brain into the selection of landing spots.
